Policies

* Minor flaws on any of my pins will not require refunds as all of my pins are handmade.

* FromUtopia.co is NOT responsible for mail that is lost or damaged during transit.

* No Refunds will be given for Pre-Order pins/ other items after they are put into production! unless i can receive a refund from my manufacturer for damaged goods. 

No Refunds will be given after an order is shipped. 

* Delays in shipping - a lot of parcels have been very slowly making their way through the system lately. You must acknowledge that this is 100% completely out of my hands. It has been reported that some parcels going internationally have taken far longer than any ETA given. There is absolutely nothing I can do if your items haven’t arrived yet. I can contact the post office but again, there is only so much that can be done in regards to packages with no tracking number. I will get in contact immediately if I hear anything about your package or it arrives back to me. Otherwise, again, it is out of my hands. 

* Returned Packages will be held until I receive a response from the customer. If it is returned due to customs fees not being paid, or incorrect address then I will resend the package, but there will be an extra shipping charge as the charge of it being sent back to me would have come out of my pocket

*Paypal claims: if a file is claimed for any reason, or after your order is shipped then your name and details will be added to a global blacklist for all creatives/small businesses in this community to see. this is very serious.

*processing time for in stock orders is 3-12 days.

* All refunds will be processed through Paypal and i will issue refunds when a pre order pin is unable to be funded. 

* Customer agrees to contact FromUtopia.co and allowing 24-48 hours for a response before filing any claims on past or current orders. 

* By purchasing from this store Customer agrees to ALL of FromUtopia's policies. 

Refunds will NOT be given for the following reasons:

* Lost/slightly damaged in transit

* Final product differs slightly from original artwork.

Refunds will be given for the following reasons: 

* If there are any missing items in your order (upon request i can send you a the missing item instead of refunding) 

* If your pre-order purchase was unable to be funded.

*Customer agrees to all of FromUtopia's policies before purchasing from this store.
