Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! i ship to any country! please always double check that you have entered you address correctly!
Q: Can i update my address after i make a pre-order purchase?
A: Yes! but only with a pre-order pin that is still in production! you can email me with your order number and new address. Otherwise if your purchase is an instock pin i may have already bought your shipping label, therefore am unable to change it.
Q: Do you offer combined shipping on multiple purchases?
A: only for orders including pre order items. YOU MUST use the code "COMBINE12" in the checkout if you would like your order combined with an unshipped order that you made prior, otherwise your orders cannot be combined. for example, if you make a pre-order purchase, and then some time later (before the pre order items are out of production) you decide you want to buy an instock item, you can checkout with the discount code which eliminates the extra shipping cost, and i will ship them together.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
A: if your order is a Pre Order then it can take up to a few months until i can ship your order, as the entire process consists of funding, manufacturing, grading and packing, it can definitely take a while.
if your order is an in stock order then it will take any time between 3-12 days depending on when you place your order. please remember i am only one person, and i may experience delays!
Q: Will you restock certain pins?
A: If certain pins of mine sell out and enough people want a re stock then i will absolutely always consider it! but it all depends on if enough people want it.
Q: Do you do Group Orders?
A: Yes! i can do group orders for any country! but please remember i am not responsible for any lost mail!
